Fulfillment Policy

At Peak Events LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional service and delivering high-quality branded merchandise to our clients. Please review the following policies regarding shipping, returns, cancellations, and order processing.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Methods: We ship via reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping method and cost are based on item type, quantity, destination, and delivery timeline.
  • Processing Times:
    • Blank (non-customized) items: Ship within 3–5 business days after order confirmation unless otherwise discussed with the client.
    • Customized items: Production begins only after proof approval and typically requires 10–15 business days for processing, depending on order complexity and inventory.
  • Delivery Time: Transit time varies by carrier and destination. We will provide tracking information once an order ships and make every effort for a speedy delivery.
  • Shipping Responsibility: Peak Events LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Blank Goods: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for blank, unused, and undamaged items in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a fulfillment error on our part. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method after inspection and will be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Customized Goods: Due to the unique nature of custom-branded products, all sales of customized goods are final and non-refundable. If a custom item arrives damaged or deviates significantly from the approved proof, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt so we can evaluate and resolve the issue appropriately.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled prior to client approval of the Purchase Order. Once the purchase order has been reviewed, approved, and signed off by the customer, the order enters our production queue and can no longer be canceled. Any changes after this stage may incur additional charges or may not be feasible depending on the production status.

Proofing & Approvals

  • All customized orders require a digital or physical proof for approval before production begins. The only exception would be a rush order where receiving the proof would delay the delivery.  This would be communicated with the client prior to placing the order.
  • Peak Events LLC is not liable for errors in artwork, spelling, placement, or sizing once a proof has been approved by the client.
